No. This workshop is beginner-friendly and suitable for people with little or no yoga experience.

What should I keep ready for the workshop?

You need a yoga mat, a quite place, a soft towel, water bottle and an open mind.

Will I get a recording of the session?

No, recording will not be provided. We encourage participants to attend the live session to get the full benefit of guided practice.

How will the workshop be conducted?

The workshop will be conducted live online, where you can follow the yoga practices step-by-step with guidance.

How long is the Worshop?

60 minutes, including presentation and Q&A for 2-Days
